Corona protocol

Since June 6th, 2020 we welcome you again in our museum. For a safe reopening we have drawn up a protocol according to the guidelines of the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment and the Museum Assocation. Hereafter you will find all necessary information for a safe visit to our museum

General

  • Booking a ticket in advance is preferable.
  • Maximum 30 visitors per day and 50 per day on Sunday
  • Pay by pin (contactless).
  • Follow the route and directions from our hosts.
  • Follow the general hygiene rules (wash hands, sneeze and cough in your elbow, use paper towls, do not shake hands, keep 1,5 m distance)
  • In case of corona related symptoms: stay home

Tickets

  • Book a ticket via our ticketpage. This is preferable.
  • A ticket gives entrance to the temporary exibition and museum garden De Tuun. Castle and our permanent collection cannot be visited until autumn 2021 due to the renovation of Caste Wijchen.

Arrival

  • If the maximum number of visitors is reached at your arrival you can be asked tot wait or to already visit our museumgarde De Tuun.
  • Keep your coat and bag with you.
  • Disinfect your hands.
  • Our hosts will ask if you have any symptoms. In case of doubt entrance may be denied.
  • Scan your ticket.
  • Pay by pin (contactless).
  • Take your ticket from the printer.
  • Follow the directions from our hosts.

During your visit

  • Follow the route.
  • Keep 1,5 m distance.
  • Per room is indicated the maximum of visitors.
  • Use of toilets is allowd. Follow the instructions of our hosts.

Museum shop

  • All articles are presented in closed display cases.
  • Payment only by pin (contactless).

Leaving the museum

  • Disinfect your hands when leaving the museum.

Museum garden De Tuun

  • Your ticket includes a visit to museum garden De Tuun.
  • Pay attention to the maximum visitors indicated at the entrance.
  • Disinfect your hands.
  • Follow the route.
  • Keep 1,5 m distance.
  • A host is present voor surveillance and directions.
  • In case of bad weather De Tuun will be closed.

Visit with group

During the open guided tours each Sunday in July and August 2020 we will consider these measures.

Hygiene measures

We take following hygiëne measures:

  • Employees/volunteers stay home in case of corona related symptoms.
  • Employees/volunteers will wash their hands frequently, shake no hands and keep 1,5 m distance.
  • Volunteers and visitors are protected by plexiglass screens.
  • Disinfectans are placed at the entrance and exit.
  • Pin machine will be disinfected after each transaction.
  • All contact points will be disinfected regularly.
  • Toilets will be disinfected after each use.
  • In case of first aid protection materials for our volunteers are availabe.
